1.Is it safe and secure to do bargaining or transaction on EbayNT? |
|
- Of course, all orders or transactions on EbayNT are secured and guaranteed. As a CORP., EbayNT will, first of all, take the legal responsibilities for its services.
Secondly, though T/T (telegraphic transfer) or Western Union Money transfer are recommended, Payment by Paypal is recommended to our new clients when they have first bargains or transactions.
As it is well known, Paypal is a quite safe and secure mode of payment to buyers and any buyer could get his or her refund on Paypal if he or she makes complaint about any item or service unsatisfactory from EbayNT.

3. How should I make payment? |

- To our old customers, T/T (bank transfer from your account to our account) or Western Union Money Transfer are recommended.
To our new customers who experience their first shopping on EbayNT, the Paypal payment is highly recommended to make them feel secure and safe.

4.What can I do if the delivery is failed? |
|
- If you select delivery by Express (EMS), your item weighing 500g or above will be delivered under an insurance premium.
In case of any loss of delivery on midway, the courier will be claimed and when the courier confirms, approximately in 20 days, the loss of delivered package, your payment will be fully refunded. Certainly ,so far we have not lost any package.
-If you order a small item of about 100g~200g in weight, it will be delivered by Standard Air Mail without insurance.
If the package is not delivered within 30 days, you will get the full amount of refund at once.

5.Shall I pay local customs tax? |
|
- No, you need pay no more tax since your package is delivered as a gift. It is an exception that only Italian Customs charges tax as per feedbacks from previous buyers. The Canadian Customs usually refuses and returns package.

6.Can I return the delivered item or product if I am not satisfied? |
|
- Surely you can return the item or product by mail and you will be refunded in full amount unconditionally when the said item is confirmed back.

7.Can you deliver product in batches? |

8.What if my order has not arrived after 14 working days? |
|
- Delivery times do vary and depend on the postal service to the destination. While there is some limited tracking available for registered airmail, the best option would be to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced. Contact details of your local post office can be obtained through the website of your country postal service. We may be able to trace your parcel if it is not at your local post office, but please note that a full trace will take a minimum of 7 days due to postal requirements.

10.Will there be any taxes/customs duties? |
|
- It depends on the destination. We currently ship to over 150 countries across the globe and most countries (especially the USA, Australia, Japan, South Korea) allow free trade over the internet and will not charge any customs duty whatsoever for small packages entering the country. For the current time, we will endeavor to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis.
